EMDR THERAPY
EMDR is built on the idea that traumatic or overwhelming experiences can get “stuck” in the brain in an unprocessed form. When something reminds you of the event, the emotions, body sensations, and beliefs can resurface as if it’s happening again.

EMDR helps the brain reprocess these memories so they become less intense and more like normal past memories.
SOLUTION-FOCUSED THERAPY
Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), also called Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), is a short-term, goal-oriented form of therapy that focuses on solutions and the future, rather than analyzing problems or digging into the past.
It’s very practical and optimistic—built around the idea that you already have resources and strengths to create change.
CHRISTIAN COUNSELING
For many clients, faith is an important part of their story. When desired, Tiffany is trained in thoughtfully integrating your faith into the counseling process, allowing your beliefs to be honored while engaging in clinically sound, evidence-based treatment.
COGNITIVE BEHAVIOR THERAPY
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a practical, evidence-based form of talk therapy that focuses on how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected—and how changing one can change the others.
It’s very skills-oriented and present-focused.
DIALECTICAL BEHAVIOR THERAPY
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a specialized type of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) designed to help people manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and reduce self-destructive behaviors.

The word “dialectical” means balancing two opposing ideas—in DBT, that usually means acceptance and change.
PERSONALIZED COUNSELING
Personalized Counseling isn’t a single therapy type—it’s a customized approach tailored to your unique needs, personality, life situation, and goals. The counselor selects methods, techniques, and strategies that best fit you as an individual, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
